All product sales from The Jenesis House are final sale.

Due to the nature of our wellness, beauty, and bath products—and our commitment to purity, safety, and product integrity—we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items once they leave our facility.

This includes:

  • Skincare & body care

  • Bath & aromatherapy products

  • Haircare

  • Candles

  • Teas, ingestibles, and consumables

  • Gift sets & curated wellness boxes

  • Any product sold under The Jenesis House brand
     

We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@TheJenesisHouse.com with your order number and photos so we can assist promptly.

Shipping

We ship all orders within 7 business days of purchase.

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a USPS tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives at your door.

Please note:

  • Shipping timelines may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather interruptions.

  • The Jenesis House is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by USPS.

  • Any reshipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require an additional shipping fee.
