Please start by filling out the form below with all of the information requested.

We will review your application and if accepted we will need you to digitally sign our Travel Agent Agreement.

Once signed, we will provide you with a tracking code that is to be used when booking retreats on behalf of your clients.

You will also receive a link from Quickbooks so you can register as an independent contractor with The Jenesis House.
